The canva website is not publishing. I spoke to canva support and they need me to remove records that I do not have access to in cloudflare.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have contacted Canva support who has been helping me with the issue, I have searched for these DNS records but they are not on my account. Unable to upload more than one supporting document here… What is up with that?

I updated the records to DNS only. I was not able to update the SSL to full/strict because I do not have an enterprise account. I updated it to full only. Will that work fine?
I searched it and Zaraz needs the proxy settings to work… If I turn the proxy settings on, will i lose connection with Canva? The whole reason I purchased a domain with Cloudflare was so that I could use zaraz with canva…
You can try it anyway and see what happens. They may continunously or periodically check the DNS records in which case you will have the same problem. Or you may find you get a 525/526 error every 2 months when Canva needs to update the SSL certificate. Or, after verification, it may work. Someone else may know for sure.
