DNS Records are not propagating from last 7 days

Hello,
I have added DNS records on Cloudflare to authenticate domain for Mailchimp and they suggested adding the following records.

DKIM: Create a CNAME record for k1._domainkey.mydomain.com with this value:
dkim.mcsv.net
and SPF TXT record with the value
v=spf1 include:servers.mcsv.net ?all

It is how i added the records, i have also check CNAME entries for the domain by following dig command in the terminal and it show me the CNAME entry there but I am still not able to authenticate the domain.

Could you please help me troubleshoot this problem.

Without knowing your actual domain, we can’t troubleshoot this.

Thanks for the reply, i have sorted this it was due to CF cache.
