Hello, My domain is registered with names.co.uk. Cloudflare manages the domain with nameservers. My website is on godaddy. I have set up a shop on godaddy with godaddy smtp email account. In the godaddy shop, i can test the connection. that works great! But, the emails dont get sent! ive tested 30+, maybe 1 or 2 came through and nothing after that. Please help!

Make sure all mail related DNS entries are set to :grey:

However, you have a general security issue on your site, as you have encryption disabled on Cloudflare and no valid certificate on your server. Enable encryption by making sure the encryption mode on Cloudflare is Full Strict and contact your host to get a valid certificate configured on your server.

Excellent, the DNS was found by my smpt provider

So, im trying to connect to my smtp provider through godaddy shop

But its not working, the error just says,

Error!

An unexpected error occurred.

Have you already fixed the encryption mode?

As for mail, you need to discuss this error with your host, Cloudflare is not involved.

Yeah, moved to strict, but taking long to resolve.
