need help all my dns records are messed up need it reset to default settings pls help

The default is there are no DNS records so delete them all and check with your web and email hosts what records are required.

If this is related to the same domain as in your other post, that domain seems not to be registered…

You need to buy it from any registrar that sells .uk domains. Cloudflare Registrar does offer .uk.
