What is the error number?

No number, just that nobody sees updates

What is the issue you’re encountering

Update DNS recors & other tools do not see it. Website is up, cannot get google postmaster to see txt record

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

0:00 Hey, we’re working, uh, with a client, and, uh, this is her email sending domain, trying to verify it in Google Postmaster, uh, and you see we’re trying to click verify here, it says it’s not valid, you see Google site verification, anything.
0:16 Coming in PLHC, and then we come over here, uh, to Google verification, PLHC, we save it, This is the third time I’m coming.
0:30 to do the same thing, and it, like, it’s been there, and it says nothing. Also, trying add the branded API domain, and it’s doing this, but it doesn’t add anything.
0:45 It can’t actually verify, uhm, which this should just auto-populate it in there, but we’ll go ahead and put, go in ourself.
0:53 Alright, so we’re gonna, Add the record, CNAME, links, and, All right, so you see we have it saved here. And then, trying to verify records.
1:08 And then we get this issue, saying that we can’t see it. So, I don’t understand, right, like if it’s here.
1:19 Right? Then why is anything not seeing Trying again. Again, I can’t find that. What’s really weird is that their website is, is up fine, but any time we’re trying to do anything in the DNS, nothing is getting seen.
1:36 Even if it’s being updated in the DNS records. Would love some help.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS not responding/updating

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

we have tried to clear cache & cookies, restart browser & computer, and triple checking dns records

WOW! I did not even think to look at that because we had changed them a few weeks ago to cloudflare name servers. Apparently they hired someone who did not know what was actually going on. Thanks!
