What is the issue you’re encountering
i have purchased my domain proton-mail.in from godaddy. i have changed its nameservers to cloudflare to manage its dns. i have subscribed to namecheap privateemail plan and set up dns accoringly. everything was workign fine at around 15:00 IST. i can send and receive emails and mail-tester shows 10/10. suddenly when i tried to send email at around 17:00 IST it didnt went through. then i checked cloudflare dns it was correct. then i checked my domain with mxtools but it wont show any dns records, similarly dns propogation shows every records (including nameservers) as red cross. what is the problem ? and how to solve it. please help me.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
i have checked and compared dns records with namecheap tutorial they are perfect
