DNS record no visible to SSL provider

For me domain bridgestone.ee, I have just added a CNAME record to validate an SSL certificate provided by Combell. I have had response from Combell saying that they cannot see the CNAMe record, how can this be changed?
Thanks
Alex

If you added a record on the naked domain, then you won’t get a CNAME record there, as the naked domain cannot be a CNAME record in the first place.

If you configured any other record, make sure it is :grey:.

Can you post a screenshot of the configuration?

Thanks for the response,

It is the top CNAMe record that needs to be visible to combell
