We have done all the setting in Cloudflare, without www. it can work on page meanwhile if we enter www.kmf2024.com.my it cannot work

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We have redirect done all the setting, please help us out urgent. Thank you

The path set here is directs to the proper directory redirecting to the following:

https://www.kmf2024.com.my/attendee-login/login

Here in this case, it’s loading to the event id:

https://www.kmf2024.com.my/event/da7f3326-cc01-4912-9fb9-35cbd9ea48c3

Both are different. The latter doesn’t have a proper page to display or produce expected data. If you are intending the first result, set the path. Best option is to contact the Web Developer for the fix. CF has hardly anything to do here.

We dont have a web developer since we are doing it in house.

anyway to redirect the url so that when we enter either with www or without it will redirect to the page?

and if there’s a method can please help to share here
