I transfer my domain to my new account since i lost the previous one on cloudflare. I followed the documentation on how to transfers the domais with the nameservers and all that but and when managing the DNS i found out that there are 2 ip addresses (IPv4) from the previous account on cloudflare that are wrong. I want to have 2 new IPv4. But i found on https://www.nslookup.io/ that the 2 previous IPv4 are still there, i dont want them and cant delete since they dont appear on my DNS reccords. How do i solve this?
If there are incorrect addresses configured, simply change them on the DNS screen. As for any proxy addresses, these are automatically assigned.
What’s the domain?
The domain is yelco.tech and the 2 IPv4 that i want are configured already on the DNS records but the ones that appear online are the previous one, and those ones i dont have access.
Can you post a screenshot of what you mean?
I tried i i got this: An error occurred: Sorry, new users can only put one embedded media item in a post.
basicatly i have this :
A yelco.tech 199.60.103.69 proxied auto
A yelco.tech 199.60.103.169 proxied auto
But i found these on https://www.nslookup.io/domains/yelco.tech/webservers/
(172.67.169.67 and 104.21.27.118)
I understand that but now i cant connect with hubspot because of that
Then you need to unproxy the entries.
I tried but i did not make a difference
Can you post a full page screenshot of your DNS page?
This chat does not allow me
What does it say?
You need to make sure you are configuring the right account and that all naked domain entries are unproxied. Then it will work.
That’s not a full page screenshot, but as mentioned you need to unproxy all entries for the naked domain.
did not fit on the screen but the rest are just TXTs
I didn’t say all DNS entries, I said a full page screenshot
Anyhow, proceed as discussed
