What is the issue you’re encountering

We have to A records. 1st one to chronos.thekairosproject.com (directs correctly) and 2nd one to dev-chronos.thekairosproject.com. The second directs to the same place as the first.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

If we set the proxy on there is the problem with the redirect.

We checked and with the proxy set to off the DNS does not
redirect but it does go to the correct directory
Our ISP has checked and tells us there is nothing wrong in our server settings, when tested with the proxy off.

We also think the A record has been set up correctly.

Is that what you expect? If not, where should it redirect to? Can you show your redirect rule? What is the A record for dev-chronos? If it is a Cloudflare IP address, use a proxied record of AAAA 100:: if you are redirecting for all of dev-chronos.

Also it seems IPv6 is disabled for your domain.
