DNS Proxy feature not resolving as expected

This is a first for me since I’ve activated many Cloudfare accounts and never had a problem but now…

My domain name appears as Active on my Dashboard but when I activate the Proxy feature for my A or AAAA records, the website doesn’t load. If I deactivate it (DNS only), it works as expected. SSD Nodes says it’s from Cloudfare’s end.

I appreciate for any guidance but I really believe I will not be able to fix it from my end.

“Doesn’t load” isn’t very descriptive. Without knowing the domain, there’s not much we can suggest.
