DNS Propagation not happening 48 hours after

What is the name of the domain?

nuak.org

What is the issue you’re encountering

I switched my Nameservers to Cloudflare, despite already passing the 48 mark my domain is not publishing the cnames or DNS entries of any other domains I’ve added, an example being em5371.nuak.org

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS records

I’d like to note, the paused status of the domain currently is because as of this morning I attempted to see if could bypass Cloudflare and use my own certificates I issued via Nginx Proxy Manager. I now receive DNS Probe issues rather than just SSL issues

Other than an SPF TXT record, there doesn’t seem to be any other key DNS records created in your Cloudflare DNS yet…

I don’t have anything pointed to my root domain ATM, just sub domains. But the problem is the cname propagation issue

The records are appearing now, but are proxied…

Do you still have them set as DNS only in your dashboard?

Check your SSL/TLS setting is set to “Full (strict)” in your dashboard here…
https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/ssl-tls

I added two new A records, both pointing to 192.0.2.1 on my root domain & www subdomain to see if adding those domain records would fix the cname issue, didn’t seem to apparently.

That’s not the problem.

Can you confirm this…

Can you also confirm your domain shows as “active” as here…

Can you show the unredacted DNS records. Since the records are DNS only in your screenshot they are public anyway.

Do you have a wildcard (*) DNS record?

You can remove the 2 192.0.2.1 records.

Your zone is behaving as if it has all records proxied and has a wildcard record as well. I’ve seen this before when Cloudflare is trying to serve a suspension notice for the domain when using Cloudflare Registrar. You aren’t, but the behaviour is the same.

If nothing there you’ll need to raise a support ticket to ask why this is happening.

Done and Done, domain should be acting like if I never added those records

Can I freeze this DNS zone without conflicting with other nameservers. If this is a CF issue I’d rather have Namecheap serve my DNS while they figure this out

Update, despite trying, they closed my ticket because I don’t have a paid account and I filed the case under billing/registrar considering the comments you’ve made. In essence they’ve told me to find recourse here, but it’s possible no account action gets taken here for a long period of time if it is even possible.

Disappointing and not worth it

Will definitely consider just transferring the other domains I have with them too if this can be a possibility

You are not using Cloudflare Registrar, so you need to raise an Account ticket.
