As for your issue, neither domain points to Cloudflare in the first place. You need to change your nameservers and point them to what Cloudflare provided you with.

Where did you register the domain? Tell them you need to change your DNS servers to the pair Cloudflare provided to you upon adding your website to your panel. They know how to do that.

I registre my domain in registro br and name cheap , but i create a droplet in digital ocean …

Digital ocean is your hosting. Ask from registro br and name cheap.
