DNS problem with Shopify

Hi, we have our domain connected to Shopify and speaking with their support the sender e-mail [email protected] is not connected to them and it’s not working so when we send automatic e-mails the e-mails are not sent from our e-mail but from Shopify. How can we fix this? We were near the renewal period, maybe it’s that?

Emails for affiliazen.com are currently handled by Zoho Mail. If you’re not receiving emails others are sending to the address you provided, you should go to Zoho to seek answers.

The message you posted (screenshot) clearly says you must authenticate your domain to allow Shopify to send emails with your domain, so there shouldn’t be any speculation about this.

You have to begin the process from Shopify’s dashboard. In the end, Shopify will give you some DNS records. See Shopify’s documentation here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/intro-to-shopify/initial-setup/setup-your-email#authenticate

Once you have the DNS records, return to your Cloudflare DNS page to add them. Here’s Cloudflare’s documentation: https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/manage-dns-records/how-to/create-dns-records/#create-dns-records

Hi George and thanks for the reply :slight_smile:

The point is that nothing changed in our hand and there is one year we have the same domain and DNS, so we don’t know how it’s possible.

The point is that we have Cloudflare to our DNS to put but is not connected to Shopify the issue since the other e-mails are working and Zoho is not connected to Shopify so the issue is from Cloudflare or Shopify since is the connection inside and when we have to send an automated e-mail from Shopify to our customer with the e-mail support @ affiliazen . com doesn’t work.

What do you think it is?
