DNS problem - website stopped to work, SSL

Good day,

  1. I changed DNS to bowen.ns.Cloudflare com, savanna.ns.Cloudflare com. Got letter from cloudfare that it was successfully activated. But after changing DNS my website stopped to work: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.

  2. I ordered SSL certificate. Can’t find where I can download it.
    Is somebody could help me please?
