I’m helping a client reconfigure DNS records for the domain mrecargas.com. The initial setup included an AAAA (IPv6) record that was possibly incorrect. I removed the IPv6 record, disabled the proxy feature, and reconfigured the SSL/TLS settings and certificates. After these changes, the website now loads through public DNS providers like Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1 and Google’s 8.8.8.8. However, when using Brazilian DNS servers, the website doesn’t load. Additionally, I created 301 redirects from https://mrecargas.com to http://mrecarga.com. Has anyone experienced a similar issue with DNS? Estou ajudando um cliente a reconfigurar os registros de DNS do domínio mrecargas.com. A configuração inicial incluía um registro AAAA (IPv6) que possivelmente estava incorreto. Removi o registro IPv6, desativei o recurso de proxy e reconfigurei as configurações de SSL/TLS e os certificados. Após essas alterações, o site agora carrega através de provedores de DNS públicos como o 1.1.1.1 da Cloudflare e o 8.8.8.8 do Google. No entanto, ao usar servidores DNS brasileiros, o site não carrega. Além disso, criei redirecionamentos 301 de https://mrecargas.com\ para http://mrecarga.com\. Alguém já passou por uma experiência semelhante com DNS?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I removed the AAAA (IPv6) record that was likely incorrect.
Disabled the proxy settings for the domain.
Reconfigured SSL/TLS settings and certificates.
Verified that the website loads with public DNS providers (e.g., Cloudflare 1.1.1.1, Google 8.8.8.8), but fails with local DNS servers in Brazil.

DNS not responding/updating

Your Website is working fine over HTTPS from my end, despite temporarly Paused or unproxied .

Furthermore, to take advantage of Cloudflare’s performance and security, I’d suggest you to have the DNS records proxy (or Un-pause) and make sure the SSL settings under the SSL/TLS tab are set to Full (Strict).

Could you do it so we could double-check and provide more help for any possible troubleshooting further?

Regarding DNS propagation, if you’ve recently updated your DNS records or nameservers, it might take some time to apply the changes and propagate all over the World.
