DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN newmexico.gov

I have changed my DNS to 1.1.1.1 but when i go to newmexico.gov I get this error: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Also happens when I go to ped.state.nm.us. Thanks for any help as to why this is? I would like to use the dns server 1.1.1.1 (1.1.1.3 also) but I need to access these sites on a regular basis. Thanks for any help
