Seems like an proxied A record for ffxiv pointed to the 192.0.2.1 is missing, which is why your Redirect Rule doesn’t apply as expected.

Thanks for the help thus far! I’m now getting a 522 error and a Cloudflare page.

I’d suggest to change from the URI Full to the Hostname, therefrom from wildcard to equals and save the changes and test again in few minutes later.
