DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN / domain cannot resolve

I have a domain that contains several subdomains and I used it for 9 months without any problems, now it doesn’t work anymore without any changes. The error it gives when pinging is “Ping request could not find host domain. com. Please check the name and try again.” (The ICMP server is not blocked and will respond if it is resolved)
The error it gives in the browser is “DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
I checked the namecheap where I bought the domain and there is no renewal problem.
The name servers are correctly transferred to cloudflare (as I said, I used it for 9 months).
Can anyone help?

Can you share the name of that domain?

It’s an issue with your DNS records,

When you see the error DNS PROBE FINISHED NXDOMAIN, it means a domain cannot be resolved because of an issue with the DNS servers, the domain name is newly registered, or the domain is not yet registered at all. First verify the domain is pointed to Cloudflare name servers. If not, contact your domain registrar and ask that they point the domain to your Cloudflare nameservers and wait an appropriate amount of time for DNS propagation to take effect.

If you’re still seeing issues after name server propagation takes effect, review other successful troubleshooting suggestions in this Community Tip. Let us know if you continue to see issues after trying these tips, we’re happy to help further.

I suspect it’s this item in the above CommunityTip

This domain is not being resolved by the TLD and currently has a status of EPP Status Codes | What Do They Mean, and Why Should I Know? - ICANN which may mean a legal dispute or other issue is involved. You should contact your registrar to resolve.
