I changed the DNS from my web host to Cloudflare. The domain is registered with GoDaddy. Prior to switching to Cloudflare, the POP3 email configuration in Outlook was working fine. However, after updating the DNS to Cloudflare, Outlook is unable to connect to the POP3 server.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
Make sure the DNS record that you use for POP3 is not proxied and is set to “DNS only”. If it is the domain you’ll need to create a dedicated “DNS only” subdomain (say pop3.theurbanfood.com) and use that.
