DNS points to prohibited IP

Since August 1 several of our WordPress sites are giving this error when trying to access the images.

Error 1000
DNS points to Prohibited IP

The images are missing when you follow the link to see the image it give this error.
e have not changed anything on our servers or the IP addresses.

I would appreciate any help.

One site that has a multidomain facility works with the domain, not on Cloudflare but give these errors on Cloudflare.

Prohibited IP generally means it’s an IP address of a site that’s already going through Cloudflare.
