DNS points to prohibited IP -?

DNS points to prohibited IP

what do I need to do?

Whatever IP address you have in there can’t be proxied. In other words, it’s an invalid IP address in the DNS record.

so how do I find which is bad and what is the correct IP?

When trying to access my website, the following error 1000 appears:
You’ve requested a page on a website (max-conversion .com) that is on the [Cloudflare](cloudflare. com/5xx-error-landing?utm _source=error_100x) network. Unfortunately, it is resolving to an IP address that is creating a conflict within Cloudflare’s system.

## What can I do?

If you are the owner of this website:
you should login to Cloudflare and change the DNS A records for max-conversion.com to resolve to a different IP address.

This is the error I get when I try and load up my website

I’m not sure what to do in order to fix this.

A little background that may be of help is the guy that was holding the cloudflare account would not let me have access so I had to create my own cloudfare account and switch name servers. Now this error pops up. Help??

Hi @marc.binder,

Please don’t double post.

@sdayman already linked you to the troubleshooting Help Center article. We also have Fixing Error 1000 - DNS points to prohibited IP here on the community which may help.

That’s fairly common, and covered in the tutorial I linked to:
