It looks like you have added your domain to another Cloudlfare account…

If you have imported the DNS records, then you may have imported Cloudflare’s proxy IP addresses and not the records for your domain.

If unsure you can show a screenshot of your whole Cloudflare DNS page, including the nameservers at the bottom.

Those are all Cloudflare IP addresses, so looks like you have done this…

You either need to delete all those and add the records required to point at your host, or log in to the account where the domain was previously active and set your nameservers back at your registrar.

This is what Fasthost, who we bought the domain from, have said:]

Oh I checked breezefurnishings.com and this domain is not hosted to fasthosts.

You purchased your domain from us, this means we handle the domain renewal for breezefurnishings.com

However your website is hosted from Cloudflare, this means they are the only one who can provide you the ip address because your website for breezefurnishings.com was built in cloudflares servers.

Whats the appriopate IP address for me to point to?

Cloudflare is not your host unless you used Cloudflare Pages. Otherwise Cloudflare is a proxy in front of your real host. That may be Siteground based on your DNS history…

You either need to get the DNS records and enter into this account, or go back to using the previous account where the domain was active before.

I’ve tried pausing Cloudflare for now, but this doesn’t fix the error - should it?

I’m not a developer at all and this has been dropped onto me

No, because the DNS records are wrong.

The only fix is one of these…
