The domain name is pointing to homepage of sub-site hosting company

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We are trying to change the url of our free sub site domain name to a custom domain name.
But it is now resolving to the homepage of the hosting company.
Original error was “too many A records”
We followed advice to set SSL to “full strict”
This created error 526 or 326 so we followed recommendations to change “full strict” to “full” only.
But now kivamitrea.com is resolving to home page of hosting company hotglue.
And still has the “too many A records error” according to the tool inside the hosting provider site.

You’re right. The site is loading the content of hosting company. It’s redirected to https://hotglue.me/ .

You need to look for the redirects and remove it. That’d fix the issue for you.

Thank you. We went to look at our redirects Cloudflare page and it says we do not have any redirects set up.

The underlying problem though seems to be the “too many A records”.
And the fix normally recommended by Cloudflare (“full-strict”) doesn’t work for us.
