Estou tentando configurar o DNS para conseguirmos usar um sistema de e-mail marketing na nuvemshop (Perfit), porém eu fiz as configurações que eles me passaram e me relataram que nao estão recebendo as informações no sistema deles, disseram que pode ser algum erro aqui na Cloudflare.

You’re not mentioning what DNS record(s) we’re talking about, or which exact DNS record(s), that they are claiming, that they don’t see.

If we should be able to dig further in to it with you, you will need to share that kind of information with us.

As we’re talking about “email” related stuff, there is one common thing:

Set the Proxy status to Unproxied () / DNS-only, for all email related DNS records.

If that doesn’t help you, then proceed to share more detailed information about the specific DNS record(s), that are causing problems.
