So, I feeded this in my private dns (1dot1dot1dot1.cloudflare-dns.com) on my moto fusion handset but the dns over tLC is showing No.

please help me in resolving this.!

The output that you shared shows that you are using DNS over HTTPS instead which still provides the encryption via TLS.
