I didn’t edit the setting a long time ago.
The domain’s A record I use in dns only mode.
As far as I know if I ns lookup the domain it returns with the target IP address.
Now I get Cloudflare’s IP address, instead of target IP.
Can anybody help me to solve this?

On the bottom of that DNS page, does it say that your Cloudflare name servers are Aisha and Clark?
yes, they are
Can you post a screenshot of your DNS records? It’s ok to black out the IP addresses.
This sounds cliche, but have you tried toggling it to 
Proxied (then wait ten minutes) and back to 
DNS Only?
