My domain only resolves to a custom IP address only when proxy is off. When it is on it automatically goes to cloudflare’s IP address. How do I get ot to resolve to a custom address with proxy enabled?

Proxied means that traffic is going to a Cloudflare address. So you can’t have the proxy enabled and still have traffic go directly to your address.
Thank you for your reply. I have two domains proxied through cloudflare. One works but the other does not. The one that works is from another domain registrar. The one that does not work is listed with cloudflare’s registrar. Any idea why one works and the other does not even though both are proxied?.
I see an error 526 Invalid SSL Certificate when I open the domain you listed above.
This error happens because you don’t have a valid SSL certificate for this domain on your server.
Where is your website hosted? Your own server? A hosting service?
It is hosted on Interserver shared hosting.
Please create a configuration rule in Cloudflare like this:
Uri Path starts with /.well-known/acme-challenge/
Then
SSL Off
