"DNS Only" gives wrong IP for host

What is the name of the domain?

srv01.crmep.cr

What is the issue you’re encountering

DNS setting show one address, but nslookup show a different address

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

nslookup using cloudflare dns servers give different address than “DNS Only” address
ping srv01.crmep.cr

It changed, turning on HTTP to HTTPS changes the “DNS Only” IP

I see two addresses, both are Linode/Akamai addresses:

% host srv01.crmep.cr amber.ns.cloudflare.com

Using domain server:
Name: amber.ns.cloudflare.com
Address: 173.245.58.64#53
Aliases:
srv01.crmep.cr has address 45.79.78.128
srv01.crmep.cr has IPv6 address 2600:3c01::f03c:91ff:fe98:dc67

Can you share the results you are seeing? Once a DNS entry is configured DNS Only nothing else on the Cloudflare dashboard makes any difference.
