Firstly, the Cloudflare support is horrible!

Then, instead of being able to connect to a chat with the CEO to make my website work, I had to go ON MY OWN, t the support tab, where I didn’t have a prompt for direct support anywhere, but rather articles. NO TIME FOR ARTICLES PEOPLE!

First of all, calm your horses. No shouting in here please.
Second, while I agree that it’s not totally clear (and it’s not there in the home page), there is a big green button at the bottom of every page to ask a question to support. You won’t get the CEO obviously.
The issue here is that you aren’t setting the correct NS. You need to change the ones at your registrar (as is said in the registration flow).

No, that is probably from your host, not your registrar where you need to change it instead.
