DNS Not Working during domain transfer

What is the issue you’re encountering

New domain to cloudflare, was working. Then I initiated a registrar transfer and neither the dns records at the old registrar or the new (cloudflare) are showing up in public dns records.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve tried tweaking all DNS records on both registrars, but neither are updating anything publicly. Only DNS records showing up are Cloudflare nameservers.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

dig mattjay.com - I have a github pages site on it so it has 4 A records and 4 AAAA records along with a few CNAMES, none of which are showing up publicly.

This is usually caused by using the Flexible SSL setting in Cloudflare. Please try changing that to Full (strict).

you’re the best. the SSL full strict worked. First time porting domains to cloudflare so I didn’t know the A records would disappear like that, thank you so much.
