What is the issue you’re encountering
Hi. The nameservers on my account were updated on sunday and it still hasnt propagated. i need help urgently to sort this out. My domain provider said it might be that my domain name hasnt been configured to the nameservers but I’m not sure what the problem is.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?

Check you have set the correct 2 Cloudflare nameservers at your registrar. It seems the ones you have set are not the ones that are resolving for your domain…

If unsure, show a screenshot of the “Overview” page for your domain from the Cloudflare dashboard.

Can you show a screenshot of the “Overview” page.
It may be you are adding the domain to a different account and have not selected a plan.

The domain is now resolving in those nameservers too.
Note that the webmail
DNS records in your screenshot point at Cloudflare IP addresses which is probably wrong, so check those. Also mail
should be set to “DNS only” and not proxied.
