cloudflare dns is not resolving my changed ip address, if cloudflare is enabled, dns resolve to the old ip address, but if i pause cloudflare dns will resolve to my server ip address

May I ask if you are using 1.1.1.1 as a DNS servers for your device (resolver), therefrom your domain doesn’t respond, however while using some other like Google DNS it does work normally? 
What error do you get?
Are you using an A or CNAME type for the DNS records?
Before moving to Cloudflare, was your Website working over a HTTPS connection with a valid SSL certificate?
Is ther some kind of a firewall which could potentially block or deny the connections from Cloudflare to your origin host/server?
Just in case, may I ask if you’ve used some 3rd-party service since before like Shopify, or Saas integration, otherwise maybe you’re using eZoic Ads?
