Getting 521 Error Message in error, websites are up Looks like DNS resolving issue as we had a week ago.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

None, nothing we can do. Checked to see our servers are fine

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Visit any of our websites, e.g. serpcom.com. Refresh page

Seems to be happening more on FREE plans. serpcom.com is on a pro plan.

All the domains you gave above – including corecannabis.org – work from my end.

Maybe it’s a temporary issue at your origin server that’s sorted itself now?

It’s an intermittent issue, and all our origin servers are working, and also it seems to be related to your location. I’m in Boston and they were doing a maint. on that CF location.

Clearing the CF Cache fully seems to help. Also seems the 521 is cashed and if you refresh you get the site. Also seems to be fine for first-time visitors, if you go back later you may have the issue… or not.

This one just gave a 521

Keep hitting refresh and eventually you will get a 521 error about 25% of the time.

Originally we thought it was with our origin servers but after extensive testing we are finding they are fine. We have about 40 cloud servers and it happens on all of them, not a specific server or network.
