Hello, we at one time were using Clickfunnels-com for a domain and sub-domains. Decided that WordPress Multisite was a better option.
We cleared out the DNS records and recreated.
The main domain “localstash-com” resolves as do some of the sub-domains ie colorado-localstash-com - however others don’t ie. newmexico-localstash-com & utah-localstash-com
(- = .)
We opened a ticket with support at Clickfunnels but they are not finding an issue.
Is there a way to totally “flush” the DNS zone records from Cloudflare or who might one suggest we proceed.
Thanks in advance - Pat
Blake with the support team here.
There is a change with the dns routing that is in the works so that customers can update the dns and it will no longer route to the old provider.
What are all the hostnames that are resolving to Clickfunnels still?
If they are not assisting, please let me know so I can assist with removing the old routing
However Saas providers are needing to opt into this, which is a work in process.

Really appreciate the assist.
There are a lot of them that still resolve to Clickfunnels although there is no DNS
CNAME record for them on Cloudflare.
Here is the list:
used - in place of . to post.
Hoping you can do a purge of all of these.

Appreciate it Simon - Clickfunnels is researching from their end as well.
Hope to get this resolved soon - we have a launch date that we’d like to hit.

Morning Simon and Team,
Any update on this?
We had hoped to launch Monday and are not looking good to our charter members and partners.

The recommendation for now would be to pause Cloudflare on the domain or unproxy (
) the specific records in question. The issue is still being investigated but this will work, temporarily sending the traffic straight to your origin until there’s a further update.

Thanks for letting us know about this - our SSL team have fixed this manually for you, so you can orange-cloud your hostnames again.
