I’m in the process of adding an ActiveCampaign page to my DNS. According to AC support, the record is correctly added, but it shows an error that can only be resolved by contacting cloudflare support. The record name is ‘about’ and it points to ruannweidemann.ac-page.com. If you check here, you’ll see here DNS Checker - DNS Check Propagation Tool you’ll see that one location is not resolved.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Confirmed DNS set up is correct.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
Don’t worry about that, there’s often a few locations that don’t resolve either spuriously or because they are sometimes down.
The page is giving a 526 error at the moment which indicates it doesn’t have the correct SSL certificate. As that’s under the control of Active Campaign they should be able to fix that.
Thank you for the information. I’ve gotten back in touch with Activecampaign regarding the 526 error. They’ve previously said that everything looks fine on their end and that I should contact Cloudflare support to see why there are locations that don’t resolve. Hopefully they can sort it out this time round.
