DNS. Need to change Type A

I cant find any record Type A in my DNS Managment list. When i try to create a new one it says it already exist one with this host name.

Cloudflare performs CNAME Flattening. Do you have a CNAME for the same hostname on your Dashboard?

I have three CNamee but none with that host name, I build a store in shopifyy and i want to use this domain for my store. Right now this domain is used for Zoho Commerce store, i want to transfer now to shopify. so in shopifyy menu to transfer domain need to change CNamee and A records, I changed CName but cant find A record to modify the IP, in my dns record list cant find a record who has IP
