This domain is active in another Cloudflare account. If you don’t have access to that account and need to set up a new one you will change the nameservers at your registrar.
The domanin has other nameservers set at the registrar and is resolving to Cloudflare IP addresses. The latter requires a valid and active Cloudflare account.
Hi,
Agreed I have many cloudflare accounts and I was operating the domain name joesitsolutions.com in Zero Trust Settings configured to my local system before the domains expiry.
The previous screen shot up above in this thread I had sent you from my Hotmail account.
Now I am attempting to create the domain again but these previously manually configured DNS settings are appearing again how do I resolve this issue? Remove from Cloudflare does not work any other suggestions, respected sir?
As already noted by @cscharff, you are either not in the Cloudflare account where the zone is active. You need to either…
make the zone in the account you are logged into the active one by changing the nameservers at your domain registrar to the 2 that you are being asked to use (mia and skip)
or
log into the account where the domain is already active and configure your domain there.
Or you have deleted the zone from your account and added it back again, in which case you need to change the nameservers at your domain registrar to match the ones Cloudflare is asking you to set.
Ah, ok. I took it from the first post and discourse follows redirects.
Anyway, the same applies. The domain is active in a different account from the one you are logged in to so either log into that account, or change the nameservers at your registrar to those Cloudflare is asking you to set. https://cf.sjr.dev/tools/check?5056f1b6f0bc4f139fae88b18b12dd75#dns
Synergy Wholesale Pty Ltd purchased the domain name as per this output via cf.sjr.dev :: Cloudflare Things thanks and they own the domain for next 5 years and also has a redirect to joesitsolutions.com.au from it.
