Im getting this thing

A few more steps are required to complete your setup.

Add an A, AAAA, or CNAME record for www so that www.fkart.ml will resolve.

Add an A, AAAA, or CNAME record for your root domain so that fkart.ml will resolve.

Add an MX record for your root domain so that mail can reach @ fkart.ml addresses.

and i want to add A record for ftp.mx.www. and the domian name

I dont know how to find the ipv4 address

Kindly help me out

You need to ask your host for this. Most likely you will find this information within your account or confirmation email from your hosting company.
