Nós utilizamos o sistema “Loop Sistemas” e precisamos fazer um apontamento da Cloudflare para lá e utilizarmos o envio de emails do sistema. Mas não funciona, alguém poderia ajudar?

The Website loads fine from my end via HTTPS, despite the returned IP is the origin host/server and not proxied :orange: Cloudflare.

May I ask if you temporarly Pause Cloudflare or unproxied :grey: (DNS-only) DNS recors on purpose?

Do you get some error when the DNS records are proxied :orange: ? :thinking:

May I ask what SSL option have you got selected under the SSL/TLS tab at Cloudflare dashboard for your domain ( Flexible, Full, Full Strict … )?

Furthermore, your email MX records looks okay.

However, the particular A mail.ambientalmax.com.br is proxied :orange:.
If you’re using this hostname for your email client (such as Microsoft Outlook), therefore if your email is not working, this might be a case. You need to change it and make sure it’s unproxied :grey: (DNS-only) under the DNS tab of Cloudflare dashboard for your zone.
