DNS MX record not being created

Hi,

On one of my domains for some reason the MX records is not resolving. Same settings work fine on other domains.

Any suggestion why that might happen?

dig artlars.com @1.1.1.1 MX

It does exist, but as shown in that screenshot, you created it on the mail subdomain

~$ dig MX mail.artlars.com @1.1.1.1 +short
1 mail.mydevbox.xyz.

If you want it to be on your apex (artlars.com rather then mail.artlars.com), click Edit on the DNS Record, change “mail” to “@”, and save.
