Received an alert that our DNS settings have changed, but I did not make changes
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I verified through the Audit log that no changes have been made as of Dec 24th. Our active sessions also shows no sessions besides my own computer. I would like to verify that this was an automatic process and not something done by mistake.
We host through Cloudflare and operate the website using Wordpress, to my knowledge there has not been anything done manually by my team or myself.
Two Values were changed, an A and an AAAA.

You haven’t given your domain, but if the records are proxied then it’s possible Cloudflare changed the published proxy IP addresses for your domain - this is not a problem. The records set in your Cloudflare DNS would not be public for anyone to see if those changed. See here for how Cloudflare works…
