What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS records

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

All info is changed to simply the process examination for me.
The situation. Running Cloudflare from my Unraid server as a docker, it’s successfully recreating the a record and has the cloud icon. The IP is 123.456.789. It’s set to be not proxied and with a subdomain of “mc”; that is working as intended. The servers Ip(987.654.321) on my network is being port forwarded through my router with the port range open. I have tried multiple ports, from the default to now 25570, I created the SRV record to relay that port. My Server is also successfully porting other services so I don’t think that’s the issue but I could be wrong here. The Minecraft server is up and working, the connection mc.server.com is not working. Thank you for your time and effort.

If the IP address in your A record is correct, there will be a local problem with your port forwarding. That’s nothing we can help with.

I would recommend that you remove the SRV record and get the server running first by entering the port manually if you are not using the default port.
