Hi, it’s been more than 2 days since I entered my MX records, and they still haven’t propagated. Is there something I’ve done wrong?
What is the domain?
The records are there, but you also have an additional (probably your old) mail server listed in addition to the 3 Zoho ones. See…

You need to delete that if Zoho is going to handle your email.
