What is the issue you’re encountering

I am not able to add DNS location

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I was trying to remove old, replace, add new empty.
I checked all gateways and I don’t have any with ipv4 address:

The IPs you shared are Cloudflare. Can you share a link to the setup instructions you’re following and indicate how far along in that process you’ve gotten?

Whoever owns the end point you are trying to enable can give you the up address you need.

I am following this instruction:

And I am getting an error:
A network overlapping the requested IP range is in use by another gateway customer.

at the end.
My public IP is 109.243.146.46/32
