Dns issue with one domain

is there somekind of limit with Cloudflare on how many domains you can host in Cloudflare free a free account? I have 7 domains with Cloudflare DNS but the latest domain keeps losing its DNS records

i.e the domain should have an A record of
A
eco-buildings.co.uk
77.68.101.239

but any DNS lookup returns:
172.67.140.147
104.21.81.73

Why does a DNS lookup on my domain not return the IP address I configured?

This tutorial explains why, when doing a DNS lookup on your domain, you may see IP addresses that are different to those you specified in your DNS records. What are the addresses I see?
