DNS Issue with mail

Good Day,

I am using Cloudflare DNS and Argo. I can’t enter my mail account. When i contact my hosting company, they said “your autoconfig and autodiscover records are seen as not entered” but i see autoconfig and discover records on my DNS at Cloudflare. 04

Set those to :grey: and see if that helps.

I have switched “autoconfig and discover” to gray, and waited more than one hour, nothing has changed. I have checked records on my hosting service, it has same value with values on Cloudflare DNS page. Also they said "you can check values on link:
https://www.whatsmydns.net/#CNAME/autodiscover.xemask.com

When i checked before your suggestion, they were red crossed. Now, they are green but mail still doesn’t work.

I think it comes from http vs https mess. How can i solve this?
