I see a MX record for emails. But, can’t tell whether what you’re expecting is set up or not. You got to question your developer. With regards to Cloudflare, you are free to search through documentation and the forum for more answers.
What is the actual problem that you’re trying to solve? What service is not working? What aren’t you able to do?
