The SPF and DKIM records were set up on Cloudflare as specified in app.sender.net but it looks like the DNS isn’t propagating for some reason.
What is the domain?

Looking at your account there are no active nameservers set for your domains.
Cloudflare cannot route DNS if you are not pointing to our nameservers.
You will need to follow this step for setting nameservers:
If your nameservers are active you can check your records to see if they are propagated by using a website like https://www.whatsmydns.net
