DNS is not resolved to ip address

Hello Team I have update the name server of my doman from cloudfare to a domain on webnames.ca domain.

But when i am adding ip address of my server on cloudfare but when add ip in A record it does not resolve the DNS to the ip address.

Can anyone help me how i can resolve this issue.
